There are four different responses to loss from a transition -- and we get to choose our own response, according to Pat Lencioni, a noted Catholic speaker and pioneer of the organizational health movement. Even as we prepare for the changes coming with Into the Deep, we recognize that St. Peter's has gone through a lot of transitions in recent years. To learn more about transitions, we invite everyone to watch a 30-minute video of a talk by Pat Lencioni.
